Designing a new home or renovation is an important decision, so its crucial you feel confident your designer can create a home that suits you & your families needs.  Our first step is a introductory meeting with Leanne.  It is our chance to meet each other & learn more about your project before we get started.​​

To get started we obtain a detailed understanding of
-Your Wish List
-Your Property
-Your Zoning Bylaws

We evalute your wish list, property, & zoning to create a preliminary floor plan design suited for you & your family.  We work with you to make sure you are happy with the design, room sizes, window placement, etc.

We then create the Front, right, rear & left elevation to give you a sense of how your home will look on the outside, once built.  This includes adding details such as, decorative trim, stone work, etc.

 

This is when we add all the construction notes, dimensioning, building sections, wall section, assembly details with effective RSI/R Values etc.
